Eclyse and Mike Martinez are both busy on this Hip Hop game. It only makes sense that these guys come together and make an EP. Level-wise, I think they understand what each are trying to do which makes this a great effort by the both of them. They complement each other well and bring sounds that make this coupling interesting to listen to. Eclyse is never afraid to look inside himself and show you who he is and Mike Martinez is never afraid to bring sounds and samples that give each project a sound of layered originality. Skinny Bonez Tha Godfatha is always willing to give the culture a hand (pretaining to the mixing and mastering), especially when his fellow Voodoo Doctorz mate is a part of the project. I especially like the guitars chosen in the samples from the production. Mike Martinez also offers this project his vocals to it too, which is on "Unexplained" that is compartmentalized well lyrically and the feature brings a matching personality to his song and does a good job on being the project. The sounds of this project are very earthy and organic with the choice of the bass drums and instrumentation, in general. My favorite track was "Toxic Love", because I could really feel it and relate to it on a personal level (we all go through this sort of thing in our young lives).
